PeoplePerHour is the closest of the big marketplaces to DeenTask on geography — a lot of UK small business work — and its tiered commission rewards you for keeping clients on the platform: high on the first slice of work with a new client, lower after that.
The structural difference is the same as with the others. PeoplePerHour holds the money and takes a percentage; DeenTask hands you the client's email address and takes nothing. You get the full fee and none of the protection.

DeenTask takes nothing in every case. Paid by bank transfer or cash you keep the lot; by card your own processor takes roughly 1.5% + 20p. On the other platforms that processing sits on top of the commission, along with any withdrawal or currency fees.

Is DeenTask UK-only?
The clients are mostly UK, but the freelancers aren't. Anything deliverable remotely — design, video, web, translation, online teaching — works from anywhere. Jobs that need someone physically present are, by nature, local.
Is there a limit on how many jobs I can apply for?
No. One application per job, as many jobs as you like, free.
